This internal video for world food company DANONE was commissioned by the ZOOPPA agency to promote the company's new ethos around 'consumer voice'.
The brief was to translate a potentially dry and humourless topic into something clear and engaging that would drive home the concept that consumer feedback is to be valued, not feared.
